Trying to walk my Mom through downloading and App...
Me: Ok, do you see the green button that says FREE?
Mom: My phone must be different than yours! My phone only has one button and it is black with a square!
Me: No. Not THAT button. It's on the screen. The button under "Words With Friends."
Mom: Oh, that green rectangle?
Me: Yes. Press that.
